Who we are
CourtEdit is a trading name of Mad Manners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
What we collect
When you join the early access list, we collect your email address and sport preference. When you upload footage for processing, we temporarily store your video files for the duration of processing. Files are automatically deleted after delivery.
How we use it
Your email is used to notify you when CourtEdit launches and to deliver your processed match edit. We do not send marketing emails or share your data with third parties.
Video footage
Uploaded match footage is processed solely to produce your edited output. Files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after 72 hours post-delivery. We do not use your footage for training AI models without explicit written consent.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (early access signup) and the performance of a contract (processing your footage).
Third parties
Early access signups are handled via Web3Forms. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). Contact us at courtedit.com to exercise any rights.
