Company

CourtEdit is a trading name of Mad Manners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern use of the CourtEdit service at courtedit.com.

Service

CourtEdit provides AI-powered video editing for squash, racketball, and padel match footage. The service is provided on a per-match or subscription basis. Pricing is shown at the point of purchase.

Your footage

You retain full ownership of any footage you upload. By uploading, you grant Mad Manners Ltd a temporary licence to process the footage solely for the purpose of producing your edited output. Files are deleted automatically after 72 hours post-delivery.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. If processing fails and no output is delivered, a full refund will be issued automatically. We do not offer refunds for completed edits.

Acceptable use

You may only upload footage you own or have explicit permission to use. You may not upload footage containing illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
